1. Acceptance

By visiting aetherforges.pro (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the honest course is to close the tab — no hard feelings. These terms cover the Site only; our games are licensed under their own end-user agreements presented at purchase or first launch.

2. Who runs the Site

The Site is operated by AetherForges Interactive B.V., Fred. Roeskestraat 115, 1076 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 67281945. You can reach us at contact@aetherforges.pro or +31 20 794 6382.

3. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — text, imagery, concept art, logotypes, the names Vessel of Ash, Thornwake, Cartographer's Requiem, and our tool names Smeltwerk, Ledger, Loom, Marrow, and Vane — is owned by AetherForges Interactive or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, link to, and quote brief excerpts of the Site with attribution. You may not reproduce our artwork, scrape the Site at scale, or use its contents to train commercial machine-learning systems without written permission.

4. Fan works

We like fan art, videos, and streams of our games and encourage them for personal, non-commercial purposes. This goodwill is not a licence to sell merchandise bearing our characters or marks, or to imply the studio's endorsement. When in doubt, ask — we answer.

5. Unsolicited submissions

Please do not send us game pitches, design documents, scripts, or other creative proposals we have not asked for. To protect both sides, unsolicited submissions are deleted unread and create no confidentiality obligation or claim against work we later release. Job applications through the Careers section are, of course, solicited and welcome.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep the Site current in the same spirit we keep our worlds coherent, but we make no warranty that every date, figure, or vacancy remains accurate at the moment you read it. Release windows in particular are estimates until formally announced. The Site is provided "as is", and we may amend or take it offline without notice.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, AetherForges Interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. External links

The Site links to third-party platforms — storefronts, social networks, video services. Their content and terms are their own; a link is a signpost, not an endorsement of everything at the destination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time; the revision date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
