Who we are

AetherForges Interactive B.V. is a game development studio registered in the Netherlands (KvK 67281945), with its office at Fred. Roeskestraat 115, 1076 EE Amsterdam. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the controller of the personal data described on this page. Questions about anything below can be sent to contact@aetherforges.pro or posted to the address above, marked for the attention of the Data Officer.

What we collect, and why

We collect deliberately little. In practice, personal data reaches us through three doors:

The legal bases we rely on are your consent (contact and applications) and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (logs).

What we do not do

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not enrich it from outside sources. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request from your browser to Google's servers; Google's own privacy policy governs that request.

Our games

Data handled inside our games — save synchronisation, crash reports, storefront entitlements — is governed by the privacy documentation of the platform you play on and by any notice shown in the game itself at first launch. This page covers the website and direct correspondence with the studio.

Where data lives

Website infrastructure and studio email are hosted within the European Economic Area. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rest on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and request a portable copy. Write to contact@aetherforges.pro and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this page

When we revise this policy, the date at the top changes and material revisions are noted in the Developer Journal. We will never quietly broaden what we collect.
